Short, and meant to be read.
What this service is #
A decision-support instrument. It applies published rules to facts you enter and reports which provisions appear to apply and from when, citing each one. It does not give legal advice, does not create a lawyer-client relationship, does not certify compliance, and cannot see facts you did not state.
Accuracy and verification #
Rules are encoded by hand and each carries a record of what was read to verify it, at one of three strengths: read against the official text, confirmed against official guidance, or corroborated across independent sources. Every finding shows its strength, and the verification page lists every rule with its record. A rule corroborated but not read is a sound starting point and not a settled answer.
The authoritative source in every case is the instrument as published in the Official Journal, linked from every finding.
Permitted use #
Use it for your own solutions, your employer's or your clients', including commercially. Extracting the rule set itself to build a competing dataset is not permitted: the encoded rules, their conditions and the reading log are this service's work product.
Assessments you produce are yours. There is no obligation to attribute, though citing the ruleset version helps whoever reads your record later.
Liability #
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, its output. Decisions about compliance, and their consequences, remain yours. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Availability and change #
There is no service level, and the service may change or stop without notice. Rulesets already published are never altered: corrections arrive as a new version, and every previous version stays in the registry so an older assessment can still be read.
Governing law #
These terms are governed by the law of Poland and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
