The legal texts #
The instruments themselves are published by the European Union in the Official Journal. Reuse of Commission documents is generally permitted under Decision 2011/833/EU subject to acknowledgement; the authentic text is the one on EUR-Lex, to which every finding links.
This service's own work #
The encoded rules, their conditions, the overlap analysis, the reading log and this site are the operator's work. They may be read, quoted with attribution, and relied on at your own judgement. They may not be extracted wholesale to build a competing rule set.
Assessments you generate belong to you.
Citing a ruleset #
If you cite an assessment, cite the ruleset with it, for example stillholds ruleset v0.6.0. Every published ruleset stays in the registry, so a citation remains checkable after the law moves.
