Why it exists #
The Digital Omnibus on AI became law on 27 July 2026 and changed four dates and two prohibitions six days before enforcement began. Every organisation that had assessed its systems that spring had no mechanism to learn which of its conclusions survived, and most published guidance was quietly wrong within a week.
Classification is not the hard part; a dozen firms do that. Knowing, eighteen months later, whether your assessment still holds is the hard part, and that is what this instrument is built around.
Who operates it #
stillholds is operated by W Khan, an enterprise architect. Rules are encoded by hand, one at a time, and the verification page records what was read for each.

What it costs #
